1. Who We Are

Ayuface is a brand of TekMaison LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with its principal place of business in Arlington, Virginia, United States ("Ayuface," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ayuface.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products made available through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this Site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are located in the United States or Canada.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse of the Site, or unlawful conduct. We may, where appropriate, provide notice before taking such action, but are not obligated to do so.

Certain features of the Site may, now or in the future, allow you to create an account or maintain a customer profile. If such features are made available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, and pricing displayed on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

Product formulations may evolve over time. The packaging accompanying your product always contains the most current and accurate ingredient information. If there is a discrepancy between the Site and your product packaging, the packaging is authoritative.

All Ayuface products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not drugs, medical devices, or treatments for any medical condition. See Section 12 for our full health and skincare disclaimer.

4. Pricing and Pricing Errors

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method and notification by email.

A confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract of sale is formed at the point of shipment.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Ayuface may offer promotional codes, gifts with purchase, bundles, or limited-time offers. Such promotions are subject to any additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

6. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the price and on the terms stated. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards processed through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, it is not confirmation that your order has been accepted or shipped.

7. Shipping and Delivery

United States

We ship throughout the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For a plain-language summary of our shipping information, see our Shipping page at ayuface.com/pages/shipping. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia via carrier of our choice. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 will be charged a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Canada

We ship to Canada. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Applicable Canadian taxes including GST, HST, or PST depending on province are calculated and shown as a separate line item at checkout. Any applicable import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or the Canada Border Services Agency upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

International Orders

We do not currently offer standard international shipping outside of the United States and Canada. We may, in our sole discretion, accommodate select non-standard international requests on a case-by-case basis, but we are under no obligation to do so. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier has confirmed delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products, except in the case of a documented adverse reaction in a first-time customer, assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Return Process To initiate a return, email us at hello@ayuface.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days and email you a prepaid return label. Once you receive the label, pack the product securely in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop it with any carrier that accepts prepaid shipments. Please do not send products back before receiving your label, we cannot process returns that arrive without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products (except as noted above).

• Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle where any item has been opened.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers, these must be returned to the original point of purchase age.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@ayuface.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue and your order number. We will email you a prepaid return label and resolve the issue at no cost to you.

9. The Skin Resilience Quiz

Our Skin Resilience Quiz ("Quiz") is an educational tool designed to help you understand your skin's current patterns and identify Ayuface products that may be appropriate for your skin profile. The Quiz is informational only.

Completing the Quiz does not create an account or stored profile on our Site. Your email address, provided at the conclusion of the Quiz, is used to deliver your Quiz results and a follow-up email series. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is used.

The Quiz and its results do not constitute medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a clinical recommendation. The five skin profiles generated by the Quiz — Barrier Builder, Inflammation Controller, Collagen Defender, Texture Refiner, and High-Performer Optimizer — are educational frameworks, not medical classifications. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medication, please consult your physician or dermatologist before beginning any new skincare regimen.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, copy, photography, product imagery, brand names, the Ayuface name and logo, and the proprietary term Ayulixir™ is the property of TekMaison LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided all copyright and proprietary notices are maintained.

11. User Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the Site, including but not limited to product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other materials ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content but grant TekMaison LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and promote that User Content in any medium and for any purpose, including marketing and promotional activities, without compensation to you.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the right to submit it.

• The content is accurate and not misleading.

• The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

• The content does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful material.

We reserve the right but are under no obligation to review, edit, remove, or decline to publish any User Content at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content posted by others.

To request deletion of User Content you have submitted, please contact us at hello@ayuface.com with your name, the content in question, and the date of submission. We will process deletion requests within 10 business days where technically feasible.

12. Health, Skincare, and Study Disclaimer

Cosmetic Products Only

Ayuface products are cosmetic products formulated for external use on healthy skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this Site, including product descriptions, ingredient information, quiz results, or educational content constitutes medical advice or a substitute for professional medical or dermatological consultation.

Nature of Consumer Perception Studies

Where Ayuface references study results including percentage-based claims such as reported improvements in radiance, firmness, hydration, or skin comfort, these results are derived from consumer perception studies and dermatologist-supervised trials. Consumer perception studies measure self-reported outcomes by a defined group of participants over a specified period. They are not randomised controlled trials, are not peer-reviewed clinical research, and do not constitute proof of efficacy in the pharmaceutical, regulatory, or medical sense.

All study results reflect the experiences of specific participant groups under specific conditions. Individual results will vary. The results referenced on this Site do not guarantee, imply, or warrant that you will experience the same or similar outcomes. By using this Site, you acknowledge that marketing references to study results are for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not create any warranty of results, express or implied.

Proprietary Study Data

All consumer perception studies, clinical observations, participant data, methodology, protocols, and results associated with Ayuface products are proprietary to TekMaison LLC. References to study findings are provided in good faith as summaries of observed outcomes and should not be understood as a commitment to disclose underlying proprietary materials.

Ingredient and Safety Notices

Before using any Ayuface product, we recommend a patch test: apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours before full facial use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Important ingredient notices:

• The Nasal Oil contains sesame oil. Do not use if you have a sesame allergy.

• The Eye Contour Balm contains sweet almond oil and beeswax. Do not use if you have nut allergies or follow a vegan lifestyle.

• The Youth Defense Moisturizer contains grapefruit peel oil. Daily sunscreen use is recommended when using this product.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed skin condition under professional care, please share your intended Ayuface ritual with your physician or dermatologist before starting.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Site in any manner that:

• Involves hacking, interfering with, or disrupting the Site or its infrastructure.

• Involves automated scraping, data extraction, or harvesting of content or personal data.

• Involves uploading or transmitting harmful, malicious, or unlawful code or content.

• Constitutes fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.

• Involves impersonating Ayuface, TekMaison LLC, or any other person or entity.

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section without prior notice.

This Site uses third-party services including but not limited to payment processors, quiz and form tools, email marketing platforms, analytics providers, and e-commerce infrastructure. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TekMaison LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any Ayuface product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right under these Terms. Any waiver must be made expressly and in writing to be effective.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and the purchase of products through it. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between us relating to the same subject matter.
